In addition to appearing in the centerfold as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January 1996, Victoria Fuller gained some mainstream fame when she participated in the CBS TV show "The Amazing Race" with her husband.  She's also an artist and has been seen on a semi-regular basis visiting the Playboy mansion on the cable show "The Girls Next Door".
